Cabventory
Cabinet register for BMS and QBMS

Know what’s inside every cabinet.

Cabventory records every BMS and QBMS control cabinet: location, controller, I/O per slot, firmware, drawings and spare parts. With audit rounds on your phone and changes under change control.

A Flexor Group product

One register, from mounting plate to signature

Everything maintenance, engineering and QA need to know about a cabinet, in one place and always current.

Cabinet view

The DIN-rail layout of every cabinet, with the status of each module against the approved baseline.

Audit rounds

Scan the QR label, tick off components and report deviations with a photo. Works offline too.

Changes

Four-eyes principle plus QA, with an electronic signature and an audit trail that cannot be altered.

Built for the control cabinet, not the data center

IT tools think in 19-inch racks and rack units. A BMS cabinet has a mounting plate with DIN rails, a controller with I/O cards per slot and an operator panel in the door. Cabventory models exactly that.

  • Controller, slot and I/O card as a real hierarchy
  • Firmware per type against engineering’s standard
  • Spare parts linked to the cabinets that use them

Audit rounds, right in the technical room

Technicians verify the cabinet with their phone. On a QBMS cabinet they never edit the register directly: a deviation goes to engineering and follows change control.

  1. 1Scan the QR label on the cabinet door
  2. 2Tick off components or scan the serial number
  3. 3Report a deviation with a photo

Works without a network and syncs once you’re back online.

Designed for GMP

On QBMS cabinets every change follows change control. The register stays on the approved baseline until QA has signed.

Baseline

The approved build of each cabinet, versioned and compared with what is actually installed.

Audit trail

Every change with old and new value, who and when. Cannot be altered or deleted.

E-signature

Name, date, time and meaning, linked to the version of the record, as 21 CFR Part 11 requires.

Roles

Technician, engineer and QA, each with their own rights and their own signature.

These are design goals. The demo is not validated software and does not provide legally binding signatures.

Start with a pilot of 3 to 5 cabinets.

We set up Cabventory for a few cabinets in one building, with their drawings. Afterwards you know what it delivers and what it costs.
